How does Broadview Mortgage protect my personal information?

- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions
Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Broadview Mortgage has no affiliates
Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
- Broadview Mortgage doesn’t share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
- Broadview Mortgage doesn’t jointly market.
Other important information
California law requires that if a financial institution shares information with nonaffiliates, it must have the consumer’s consent – unless the service provided is in connection with the financial product or service requested or authorized by the consumer. Broadview Mortgage complies with California law and does not share information unless permitted by law.
